Disaster Relief Catering
When disasters hit the gulf coast, Naman’s Catering team is poised and ready to offer assistance to those in need. We are recognized throughout the Gulf Coast region and beyond for bringing much needed meals and water to those affected by Hurricane Katrina. Through the use of our Disaster Relief Kitchen (known to us as “DARK”), our expert staff is always ready to provide relief to those in need at any time, and any place.
We offer a variety of menu selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner to meet your specific requirements. Once menu selections have been determined, a rotating menu will be designed to offer ongoing variety. Please remember that post-hurricane or other disaster, some menu items may not be available immediately, but will be added as they become available.

Namans will provide plates, cups, bowls, utensils and napkins for daily food service. Namans will provide Styrofoam To-Go Boxes and Utensil Packs for all to go meals each day.
Namans is prepared to provide on site serving staff for set up, food service and clean up or to provide prompt delivery to designated locations.
Namans will provide any necessary equipment for food service or cooking on site to accommodate your menu needs.
